Package placement is based on the total number of negative items, which may include—but are not limited to—collections, charge-offs, late payments, public records, inquiries, and other derogatory information. Clients do not select their tier; Prestige Scores assigns the package that aligns with the level of service needed to support their credit improvement goals.

Please note: Any new negative items that appear on the Client’s credit reports after the start of the dispute process will not be included or addressed under the original service agreement. Additional support may require a new service tier or updated agreement.
